  1. When I get stressed out, I either dream that my teeth are falling out, that I’m in a public restroom with no doors, that I’m back in high school and I can’t remember my locker combination, or that I’m forced to work at the grocery store again but I can’t remember how to run the cash register.

  2. For me, I think that ‘first job’ dreams have eclipsed ‘back at school’ dreams as the thing that sucks most about sleeping. Like JT said, when I’m under duress or anxiety, my subconscious likes to toss me back into one of the worst periods of my life. Thanks, brain!

  3. And really, what did your liver ever do to you, huh?Hathery, I get those teeth-falling-out dreams when I’m stressed, too. That and getting shot. Freud would probably have a field day with my dreams in general.

  4. For the bizarre nature of re-occuring dreams <>(teeth falling out, back to school, naked in public, flying, bathrooms)<>, it’s amazing that all of us get them on a normal basis. I find that interesting.

  5. I’m crazy with recurring dreams. For a while there, I was getting the teeth falling out dream at least once a week. That was a bad few months…I’m a very strange person when it comes to dreaming, in that I usually remember at least 2 or 3 dreams every night. Ryan assures me that most people don’t remember one dream per day, let alone 2 or 3. I’m a very vivid and realistic dreamer, and I can carry on well into being partially awake. Kind of scary, because I don’t always know if I’m awake or not.

  6. I wish I had Topamax to blame, but as it stands, I just hallucinate like crazy every now and then even after I’m mostly awake. It’s great. One time I broke my lamp because I thought there was a giant spider on it.
